The Dadi 212 Education Model Partnership consists of three core components:

Among them, the School Operations Partnership is a one of the  component of the 212 model.

In most cases, the Principal of the school is responsible for overseeing the core curriculum and managing overall administrative operations. This includes ensuring academic quality, driving enrollment results, and maintaining team stability. Therefore, Dadi primarily collaborates with the principal—the key person in charge—when implementing this part of the partnership.

Dadi is currently seeking partnerships with existing preschools or kindergartens around the world to implement the Dadi 212 Education Model. Once a school becomes a Dadi partner, it gains access to over 40 years of Dadi’s accumulated expertise and high-quality resources in areas such as enrollment strategies, curriculum design, teacher development, facility management, and parent engagement.

Through this collaboration, Dadi helps schools build more standardized operations, stronger market competitiveness, and higher-quality educational services, ultimately enhancing the overall performance and reputation of the school.
