Parent Meeting Enrollment Cooperation Script Template

Designed by scenario, balancing friendliness and professionalism, while avoiding compliance risks

Scenario 1: First Contact with Parent Committee Member (Online/Offline)

Script:
"Hello, [Child's Name]’s mom/dad! I’m Teacher [Name] from Dadi Education Center. I heard you're a member of the parent committee at [School Name], and I truly appreciate the time and energy you devote to your class!

We recently launched a Weekend Holistic Growth Program specifically designed for children from public schools. It features half-day course bundles combining Math+ English and Art + Science. Many parents have shared that their children made significant progress.

We’d love to invite you to try it out as a ‘Parent Advisor’ and share your feedback with us. Would you be available to bring your child for a free trial class this week? We’ll also provide you with a complimentary ‘School Readiness Skills Assessment Report.’

Strategy:
✅ Acknowledge their role in the committee to reduce resistance
✅ Position the offer as an advisory role, not a sales pitch
✅ Offer free value (trial class + assessment report)

Scenario 2: Encouraging Parent Committee Member to Share or Promote

Script:
"[Child's Name]’s mom, our course has genuinely helped many children in public kindergartens. For example, Lele from [Kindergarten Name] (middle class) has shown clear improvement in math thinking after joining our thinking course.

If you think it’s worthwhile, would you be willing to share this ‘Weekend Learning Resource Guide’ (PDF version attached) in your parent group?

As a parent committee member, your recommendation carries weight with other parents. Of course, we’ll also offer supportive parents a free family education consultation with a certified planner.”

Strategy:
✅ Use real examples to demonstrate effectiveness
✅ Offer non-monetary rewards (consultations, resources)
✅ Emphasize helping other parents to reduce commercial tone

Scenario 3: Organizing Group Enrollment via Parent Committee

Script:
"[Child's Name]’s mom, several parents have been asking if they can form a group for classes. We’ve specially created ‘Exclusive Group Benefits for Parent Committee Members’:

Group of 3: Each gets 2 free classes + Children’s Time Management Handbook

Group of 5: Plus a bonus Parent-Child Science Experiment Day

Would you like to start a sign-up thread in your parent group? We can support you with course details and answer any questions.”

Strategy:
✅ Group reward system: Use classes/activities instead of cash
✅ Lower the effort barrier: Offer help with Q&A in group chats
✅ Create urgency or scarcity (e.g., “Sign up this week to get a free backpack”)

Scenario 4: Maintaining Long-Term Relationship with Parent Committee

Script:
"[Child's Name]’s mom, thank you for your ongoing support! We’d love to invite you to become a member of the ‘Dadi Parent Advisory Council’ — get first access to new courses and participate in course improvement discussions.

Next month, we’re hosting a closed-door salon on ‘How to Cultivate Independent Learning Skills in Children.’ Would you be available to join us?”

Strategy:
✅ Build a sense of honor (e.g., “Advisory Council” role)
✅ Provide exclusive resources (salons, early access trials)
✅ Keep low-frequency, high-quality communication (1–2 meaningful touchpoints per month)

 Compliance Risk Avoidance Notes

✖ “Refer a student and get a cash reward of XX yuan”

image.png Compliant Alternatives:

- Replace rewards with course vouchers, educational books, or assessment services

- Frame promotional content as “learning resource sharing” instead of advertisements
