Enrollment Guidelines

How to Enroll Two Full Classes within Three Weeks?

image.png Core Goal: Within three weeks, successfully launch 2 classes (one after-school class for ages 3–6, and one weekend class for ages 7–12). A class is confirmed to open once enrollment reaches ≥8 students (full capacity: 20 students).

Week 1: Preparation & Launch Phase (Foundation Week)

Key Actions & Deliverables

Monday

Project Kickoff & Course Confirmation

1. Communicate with the Headquarters Education Center Project Team to finalize the 2 classes to be launched (based on principles of low cost, easy operation, short cycle, and high return).

Suggestion: For ages 3–6, choose “Qile Math” or “Financial Literacy”; for ages 7–12, choose “Ott2 Art ” or “ESL English”
2. Request the class launch support package from Headquarters for the selected courses (including teaching syllabus, teacher training arrangements, and enrollment material templates).

Tuesday

Team Formation & Role Assignment

1. Identify the core members of the Education Center team (at minimum: 1 full-time teacher/assistant and 1 administrative/customer service staff).

2. Hold an internal kickoff meeting to clarify the three-week goals, assign responsibilities, and establish the reward and penalty system.

Wednesday

Venue, Materials & Headquarters Coordination

1. On-site planning of dedicated classrooms/activity areas for the two classes, ensuring safety and independence.

2. Prepare basic teaching aids and materials using a checklist (Headquarters support list + local procurement).

3. Establish contact with the course lead at Headquarters to confirm teacher training schedule (recommended to complete online training within this week).

Thursday

Enrollment Strategy & Channel Setup

1. Develop the “Three-Week Enrollment Sprint Plan”: define core channels (existing kindergarten parent groups, community outreach, partner institutions) and daily task targets.

2. Design and print the first batch of promotional flyers/posters (highlighting “limited-time trial,” “small premium classes,” “safe and convenient”).

3. Start warming up existing parent groups: share an introduction to the Education Center + limited-time enrollment offers (e.g., “first 8 students receive XX benefits”).

Friday

Trial Class Design & System Preparation

1. Collaborate with the course lead at Headquarters to design a 30-minute high-conversion trial class (fun, engaging, with visible outcomes).

2. Test the enrollment registration system (online forms/offline sheets) to ensure smooth information flow.

Saturday/Sunday

Community Outreach & Seed User Engagement

1. On-site community promotion: place posters/flyers at kindergarten entrances, residential notice boards, and children’s play areas.

2. One-on-one communication: engage in-depth with parents who inquire, record their interest, and invite them to the trial class.

Week 2: Intensive Enrollment Phase (Sprint Week)

image.png Core Tasks: Acquire students through all channels, focus on trial class conversion, and address enrollment concerns.

Key Actions & Deliverables

Monday

Trial Class Invitations & Material Optimization

1. Make concentrated calls/messages to invite parents who registered interest in Week 1, confirming this week’s trial class participants.

2. Optimize promotional scripts tailored to different age groups’ pain points (e.g., ages 3–6: “skill bridging”; ages 7–12: “interest development + after-school care needs”).

Tuesday

First Trial Class Execution (Ages 3–6 Class)

1. Set up the venue and check materials 1 hour in advance.

2. Deputy Director oversees the entire session: warmly welcome participants, highlight key points of the class, provide instant feedback on outcomes, and conduct one-on-one follow-up conversations after class for conversion.

3. Follow up with parents who have not yet enrolled on the same day to address their concerns (price? schedule? results?).

Wednesday

Data Review & Channel Expansion

1. Analyze the conversion rate of the first trial class and optimize subsequent processes.

2. Launch a “referral program”: enrolled parents who successfully refer one new student receive class hours or gifts, and the referred family also benefits.

3. Expand partnership channels (place flyers in nearby stationery stores and convenience stores).

Thursday

Second Trial Class Execution (Ages 7–12 Class)

1. Focus on showcasing the class “fun” and “practical” aspects (e.g., complete an art project on-site, interactive activities in English class).

2. Offer a “group discount”: two students registering together get a discount of XX amount to encourage group enrollment.

Friday

Closing Sales & Creating Urgency

1. Provide daily enrollment updates: “Only X spots left in the Ages 3–6 class!” (share in parent groups/WeChat Moments).

2. Target hesitant parents with “limited-time offers” to encourage registration (e.g., pay this week to enjoy XX% discount).

Saturday/Sunday

Outreach Sprint & Open Day Enhancement

1. Conduct concentrated community outreach: bring trial class projects and registration gifts for on-site recruitment.

2. Host Open Day at the center: allow parents who didn’t attend the trial class to schedule visits, with the Deputy Director providing a personal introduction.
