
I. Introduction to the Dadi Drama Course
The Dadi Drama Course is specially designed for children aged 5–12. It features eight selected classic plays, allowing children to release emotions, enhance language and communication skills, develop creativity and imagination, strengthen teamwork and social abilities, build confidence, and grow while shining through role experiences, fun games, and story performances.
II. Course Features / Advantages
1. Uses a five-stage teaching model: Story Exploration, Artistic Creation, Conflict Analysis, Cooperative Practice, and Performance Elevation
2. Focuses more on educational value rather than performance techniques
3. Guided by multimedia activities such as picture book reading and animation appreciation
4. Activities mainly include role-play and imitation games
5. Incorporates music games, rhythmic movement games, and dance performance games as core activity elements
6. Script creation and role dressing serve as auxiliary means for drama performance
7. Culminates in themed script performances as the final presentation

IV. Class Opening Process
1. Understand the Course
2. Determine the Opening Method: including pricing strategy, confirming teaching staff, class schedule, teacher training, and teacher certification.
3. Enrollment Promotion: promote the course to parents through H5 pages, posters, 1-minute short videos, and a letter to parents.
4. Trial Class + Parent Information Session
5. Payment & Registration:
1) Offer the biggest discount to parents who register immediately after the trial class and parent session.
2)For parents who do not register right after the trial class and parent session, the education center should follow up and encourage enrollment, including but not limited to inviting students to attend 1–2 formal classes for free.
6. Official Class Commencement:
Dadi headquarters will provide full training guidance and service support throughout the process.
V. Teaching Arrangement
1. Each theme is completed in 10 lessons, with 1 lesson per week, each lasting 90 minutes.

VII. Personnel Arrangement
1. Instructors: 1–2 teachers
2. Requirements: Teaching experience required; experience in drama or dance instruction preferred. Must be able to obtain the corresponding teacher certification within one year.
