The first step is to join as a prospective partner of the Dadi 212 In-School Program. Dadi Headquarters will invest, select personnel, and take charge of enrollment and operations, while the kindergarten shares in the benefits generated by the Education Center.
I. Core Concept
Make full use of resources and maximize strengths. By leveraging Dadi’s brand and platform advantages, kindergartens can utilize idle classrooms and spaces, combine them with quality courses and existing talent, and build an upgraded community education service center.
II. Practical Steps
1. Appointing the Education Center Director
Priority should be given to existing school staff (to reduce labor costs). Qualified candidates may transfer to the new role upon recommendation and interview.
If no suitable internal candidates are available, nearby external recruitment may be considered. Candidate requirements:
- Motivated and familiar with the local education and training market;
- Good at communicating with parents, proactive in work;
- Capable of student recruitment and organizational tasks.
2. Team Formation and Course Selection
Staffing: Initially 2 people—1 Education Center Director + 1 teacher (with salaries covered by Dadi). As student numbers and classes increase, more teachers can be added (part-time first, full-time later).
Curriculum: Eight featured Dadi programs—Qile Math, Otto2 art, Pillow Polo Game, Dadi Go, Financial Literacy, Science Exploration, iFunNote Music and ABCmouse English.
The first four programs are recommended as priority courses for launch, with others added gradually.
3. Reusing Space, Zero Renovation Costs
Idle school classrooms and spaces can be used directly with simple decoration and setup for trial operations.
Reference: Dadi Education Center Environmental Setup Manual.
4. Trial Enrollment and Phased Launch
Preparation: Dadi Headquarters provides a 2+2 week trial operation schedule. Weeks 1–2: the Director and teacher familiarize themselves with the operation model and course structure, completing pre-enrollment training.
Execution: Weeks 3–4: the Director implements the enrollment plan, organizes promotions and trial lessons, and achieves the minimum class size requirement before official launch.
III. Special Note
Dadi will open its core resources to partner schools:
No additional capital investment required.
No teacher salary burden for the school.
Schools only need to provide existing space and basic project support.
With this model, Preschools can open an Education Center at minimal cost and quickly achieve new revenue growth.
