
I. Role Positioning:
Responsible for the overall operation and management of after-school enrichment programs within the 212 In-School Program’s Education Center. This includes promotion and enrollment, pricing and fee collection, teacher training, course scheduling, and teaching quality. The role aims to advance quality education training across both preschool and primary school levels, thereby enhancing the school’s revenue capacity in after-school training services.
II. Key Responsibilities:
1. Promotion, Enrollment, and Conversion
- Oversee the overall enrollment work for the school’s after-school enrichment programs, such as designing enrollment promotions, tuition payment processes, and course trial activities to increase conversion from trial lessons.
- Implement both online (social media promotion/short videos) and offline (community booths, mall booths, local community marketing) recruitment channels.
2. Course Scheduling
- Coordinate and arrange the launch of after-school enrichment classes, such as music, art, Go (Weiqi), critical thinking, financial literacy, science, and more.
- Design class formats and arrange lesson hours by leveraging Dadi’s headquarters’ curriculum packages or local resources.
3. Faculty Management and Training
- Manage, evaluate, and train the Education Center’s teaching staff (including part-time teachers).
- Promote the effective use of internet-based and AI-powered educational resources.
4. Parent Services and Re-Enrollment
- Establish a parent feedback mechanism for enrichment programs.
- Design package courses (e.g., Art + Go combinations) and promote higher re-enrollment rates.
