Within the operation of the Dadi 212 In-School Program, the role of the English Program Director holds core value and significance. This position is not an ordinary English teacher, nor the classroom teacher of a single class. Rather, she is the driving force behind the entire school’s English language education system and a key figure in upgrading the school’s revenue model.
This role encompasses three core functions:
1. Course Practitioner and Evaluator
She must actively enter classrooms to teach in programs such as the ABCmouse Full-English Program, ABCmouse After-school classes, and ABCmouse l ESL classes. Her focus is on guiding students in oral interaction and expression—not merely following textbooks, but helping students dare to speak, know how to speak, and love to speak. At the same time, she monitors and evaluates the teaching quality of English lessons delivered by other teachers.
2. Instructional Guide for Classroom Implementation
She serves as a teaching methodology mentor for other English teachers, assisting them in using the ABCmouse teaching platform effectively. She helps teachers master the “28 types of learning activities” classroom methodology, ensuring that every teacher can independently and consistently deliver lessons according to Dadi’s standards—so no teacher is left to struggle alone.
3. Connector Between Dadi and the Partner School
She maintains daily communication with Dadi and links the school to more than 60 service resources. As the information bridge between Dadi’s resources and the school’s implementation, she ensures access to professional support in areas such as academic consulting, parent communication, curriculum upgrades, account management, platform administration, and AI customer service. Through this connection, the school truly benefits from the full, professional support of the Dadi 212 In-School Program.
She is not a fixed classroom teacher tied to a single group of students. Instead, she functions as an independent, cross-class, cross-role system-level executor. Her ultimate goal is to assist the principal in generating over USD 100,000 in annual profit by transforming the school’s model from “relying on main program enrollment” to operating a full English language education system.
The key to rapidly increasing school revenue lies in the dedicated, full-time English Program Director. Experience from many schools with strong English education programs has proven that only with a clear role transition and positioning of the English Program Director can a school reliably achieve annual revenue exceeding one million RMB.
To successfully implement the 212 In-School Program, every school must establish this vital position. An outstanding English Program Director is both the engine of English subject teaching and a powerful driver of revenue growth.
