

The regional manager serves as the unified communication and service contact with the partner school’s owner (investor).
Key Roles within the School’s 212 In-School Program Operation Team:
1) 212 Project Leader
- Primarily responsible for the overall planning, management, Operation and performance of the school’s 212 In-School Program.
- Directly communicates and coordinates with the school’s owner (investor) on all matters related to the program.
- Coordinates with Dadi’s regional manager, implements strategies according to Dadi’s standard practices, and provides timely progress reports.
- This role is recommended to be concurrently held by the English Program Director or the Education Center Director, with no need to hire additional staff.
2) English Program Director
- Primarily responsible for overseeing all English-related enrollment and curriculum work under the 212 In-School Program.
- Focuses on the promotion, publicity, and implementation of the ABCmouse Full-English Program.
- Manages the standard implementation of all English classes within the Full-English Program, ensuring effectiveness and quality.
- Additionally oversees Dadi’s ABCmouse Toddler Program, ESL Program, and Mini Talk Online courses.
3) Education Center Director
- Primarily responsible for overseeing all Education Center–related enrollment and curriculum work under the 212 In-School Program.
- Focuses on the development and implementation of various after-school enrichment programs such as music, art, math, Go (Weiqi), and other courses.
4) English Teachers
- Deliver various ABCmouse courses in accordance with Dadi’s standards, including the ABCmouse Full-English Program,Toddler Program, ESL Program.
- Ensure the teaching quality of English classes and build a strong reputation.
--Report to and follow the management of the English Program Director.
5) Education Center Teachers
- Deliver various after-school enrichment courses in accordance with Dadi’s standards, including music, art, math, Go (Weiqi), and other courses.
- Ensure the teaching quality of enrichment classes and build a strong reputation.
- Report to and follow the management of the Education Center Director.
6) Admissions Assistant
- Responsible for student recruitment for after-school enrichment programs under the Education Center, including music, art, math, Go (Weiqi), and other courses.
- Responsible for student recruitment for English-related programs such as the ESL Program, ABCmouse Toddler Program, and Mini Talk online courses.
- Reports to and follows the management of the 212 Project Leader.
