How to Partner

Dadi 212 In-School Program Partnership Process

1. Why This Matters

The Dadi 212 In-School Program is designed to help schools expand your student age coverage from 2 to 12 years old and introduce high-quality English and enrichment programs, all through a zero-risk, profit-sharing model.

This 6-week process (structured as 2+2+2 weeks) ensures a smooth and low-risk path to partnership, transforming your school into a full-fledged education hub — with Dadi as your strategic partner.

2. Overview of the 6-Week Process

Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Understanding & Alignment

Objective: Help your school fully understand the partnership and confirm mutual interest.

What Happens:

image.png Targeted Matching: We begin by learning about your school’s situation through a school Screening Form, which includes basic details, size, and market environment.

image.png In-Depth Orientation: A dedicated consultant guides your team through essential program materials (brand introduction, program benefits, ABCmouse system, cooperation model, revenue sharing, etc.) via a private Facebook group.

image.png Intent Confirmation: Your decision-maker fills out a Cooperation Survey to clarify your school’s conditions (facilities, student base, enrollment trends, etc.) and your initial interest.

Phase 2 (Weeks 3–4): Team Formation & Role Clarification

Objective: Select key roles and align operational responsibilities.

What Happens:

image.png Key Personnel Selection: Your school recommends candidates for core roles — Vice Education Center Director (who also are the Vice Principal ), English Program Director, and lead ABCmouse teachers. We conduct a 3-step joint interview process.

image.png Job Orientation: Candidates receive role-specific training on responsibilities, operational models (e.g., class setup, course delivery, recruitment strategy), and the partnership philosophy.

image.png Responsibility Agreement: Through a Role Fit Survey, we confirm the candidate’s understanding, full-time availability, and agreement on key terms (e.g., revenue sharing, management structure, classroom use).

Phase 3 (Weeks 5–6): Market Test & Official Agreement

Objective: Validate feasibility and finalize partnership.

What Happens:

image.png Market Validation: Trial enrollments begin, alongside a competitor analysis within a 2-km radius (focusing on other English programs, unused spaces, and pricing).

image.png Comprehensive Review: A School Evaluation Report is completed, covering expected enrollment, financial forecasts, and personnel suitability.

image.png Final Signing: A formal evaluation meeting is held with your team and Dadi representatives to confirm school readiness and shared goals. If approved, both parties move forward with signing the official partnership agreement.

3. Key Benefits of the Process

image.png Risk-Free Entry: Structured assessments help avoid mismatched partnerships and reduce future operational friction.

image.png Clear Alignment: Roles, responsibilities, revenue sharing, and cooperation models are all defined before launch.

image.png Market-Driven Decision: Real-world testing and competitor research ensure your school’s decision is backed by data, not assumptions.
