What is 212 In-School Program

Dadi 212 In-School Program Cooperation Invitation Letter

Today, many preschools are experiencing a significant decline in student enrollment and increasing operational pressure.Despite the uncertainty in the current environment, Dadi firmly believes that the early childhood education sector still holds great potential for sustained development and value.Leveraging 40 years of experience in school operation, Dadi introduces the “Dadi 212 In-school Program” and is willing to open its two core system resources and cover the salaries of key personnel. Through joint school operation, shared risk, and mutual support, we aim to build a new future in education together!

I. What is the Dadi 212 In-school Program?

In terms of time, it breaks the traditional age boundary of 3–6 years, extending to cover ages 2–12. Additionally, through a “dual-system model” within each class level, we open ABCmouse Full-English Program classes, where Dadi is responsible for enrollment, teaching materials, and teacher recruitment. Practice has shown that after three years of English learning, 75% of students continue in the English Program at the school until age 12.

In terms of space, idle classrooms are utilized during weekends and holidays to operate the Education Center, offering Dadi’s eight featured After-School Programs for enrolled students, graduates, and children aged 3–12 from the community. These courses cater to diverse interests and help discover and nurture children's unique talents.

In addition, Dadi provides its internal preschool operations and management documentation free of charge for the partner school’s reference—resources that previously cost over 70,000 RMB annually for franchise schools.

II. How the Dadi 212 In-school Program Breaks Tradition: From “Simple Authorization” to “Performance Co-Creation”

Under traditional models, there is often limited support from headquarters and low alignment of revenue interests. The Dadi 212 In-school Program overturns this logic and establishes a genuine educational partnership.

1.Dadi provides resources and shares the risk:
Dadi supplies resources (including the system, English Program Director and Education Center Director salaries, platforms, content, training, enrollment, etc.), signifying a deep commitment. Your school’s success is directly tied to Dadi.

2. Growth is shared, and the profit structure is transparent:
Revenue generated by Dadi’s English Program and Educational center After-School Programs
is shared. This “shared risk, shared growth” model ensures stable, win-win cooperation. It’s estimated that this partnership could increase your school’s annual revenue by over 400,000 RMB.

III. Redefining School Operations & Roles: Activating Dual

Revenue Engines

1. Dadi will prioritize selecting 2 staff members from your school: a Vice Principal (in charge of enrollment,HR, and After-School Programs) and an English Program Director. Regular class teachers will preferably be retained from your current staff.
2. Your existing after-school programs on weekday evenings will continue under your school’s management—Dadi will not intervene.
3. Partnership requirements:
   1) Community-based schools in urban areas;
   2) Schools with more than 150 students.

IV. Core Concept

Upholding the principle of “Co-Building + Co-Sharing + Win-Win”
