The Dadi 212 Education Model Partnership consists of three core components:

Education Center Business Partnership
The Education Center Business is one of the key components of the Dadi 212 Education Model. Partner schools are required to assign a Vice Principal responsible for planning and operating this segment. This person will also serve as the head of school space operations, managing all educational resources during non-core curriculum hours, including after-school enrichment programs and holiday courses. This role is a major driver of both space revenue and parent engagement.
What is a Dadi Education Center?
A Dadi Education Center gives your existing school an additional identity—as a community-focused education center. It utilizes unused classroom space during non-core teaching hours (e.g., weekday afternoons, weekends, holidays) to run various educational programs for children aged 2 to 12 from your school and surrounding communities.
These programs can take the form of talent development classes, daycare, early childhood programs, preschool-bridging classes, co-branded courses, and community public classes. This flexible, diversified approach enables schools to double their income using the same campus facilities.
Suggested Operational Time & Course Types
Monday to Friday: Daycare (midday/evening), after-school enrichment programs (extended or evening classes), preschool-bridging classes, early education programs
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Talent development programs, weekend/holiday camps, co-branded education programs, space rental, and community classes
Target Age Group
Age Range: Children aged 2 to 12
