The Dadi 212 In-School Program is an on-site partnership model operated by Dadi’s dedicated management team and focuses on two key business areas:
1. Dadi English Education Program — powered by ABCmouse:
ABCmouse Full-English Program: Builds a fully immersive English environment to strengthen brand image and tuition value, typically covering 30%–60% of students.
ABCmouse ESL Program: Conducted after school, on weekends and holidays to attract additional students and generate new income streams.
2. Dadi Education Center Program — runs diverse interest-based enrichment courses during non-class hours, including:
Art Aesthetics (Dadi Arts)
Music Literacy (iFunNote Music)
Thinking Skills Courses (Qile Math)
Go Game Courses (Dadi Go Game)
Physical Courses (Dadi Pillo Polo Game)
Dadi has over 10 years of practical experience in all of these courses, and implementation is efficient, standardized, and quality-assured.
During program implementation, Dadi will select two suitable candidates from the partner school’s current teaching staff to serve as in-house coordinators for the program. Their salaries will be fully covered by Dadi. The roles include:
English Program Director: Responsible for the implementation and quality management of the ABCmouse curriculum.
Education Center Director: Responsible for the planning and execution of all enrichment courses.
What makes this partnership truly meaningful is our commitment to shared success. For both core programs — the English Education Program and the Educational Center Program — all newly generated revenue will be shared based on a clearly agreed ratio. On average, this cooperation is expected to increase your school’s annual income by over USD 60,000. This model ensures risk-sharing, result-sharing, and a strong alignment of interests.
In addition, Dadi will grant full access to its preschool operations and management system, developed over 40 years, to support partner schools in optimizing academic workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
