As birth rates continue to decline across many countries, more and more school investors are facing a sharp drop in enrollment and increasing operational pressure. In this increasingly uncertain market environment, Dadi firmly believes that early childhood education still holds long-term value and development potential.
With over 40 years of expertise in early childhood education, Dadi is proud to introduce the Dadi 212 In-School Program — and we warmly welcome like-minded educators and partners to join us in building the future of education.
I. Program Overview
The Dadi 212 In-School Program is a deeply integrated on-site cooperation model developed by Dadi for schools. Dadi assigns a core operations team to be stationed in partner schools, jointly managing two core business segments:
Dadi English Education Program (powered by the ABCmouse platform)
Dadi Educational Center Program (featuring diversified enrichment courses)
The term “212” refers to an educational service system that covers the full developmental stages from ages 2 to 12, including early childhood (2–3), preschool (3–6), and early primary (6–12). The program ensures a continuous learning experience, shared resources, and optimized use of school space.
“In-School” means that Dadi sets up a dedicated sub-unit within the school, managed by two key Dadi-assigned staff:
English Program Director:Responsible for the full implementation of the ABCmouse English curriculum and instruction
Education Center Director:Manages interest-based enrichment courses such as Art, Sports, STEAM, and Life Skills)
These two resident directors work closely with the school’s leadership team to co-develop curriculum, enrollment plans, and activity implementation, forming a clear, cooperative, and results-driven partnership.
II. Partnership Advantages
1. From Licensing to Co-Creation: Building True Educational Partnerships
Unlike traditional models that rely solely on brand licensing with minimal support, the 212 In-School Program enables full collaboration between Dadi and the school. Profits and responsibilities are shared, creating a true win-win partnership.
2. Human & Resource Support Provided, Low Risk and Strong Operational Support
Dadi not only offers curriculum platforms and administrative systems, but also dispatches essential personnel to run the program on-site. Each partner school receives over RMB 200,000 worth of support, including content platforms, systems, training services, and salaries — ensuring smooth and confident program launch.
3. Transparent Revenue Sharing with Measurable Outcomes
All additional income generated from the English Program and Education Center will be shared with the partner school based on a clearly defined agreement. On average, this cooperation is expected to boost a school’s annual revenue by over 60,000 USD. The more successful the collaboration, the higher the shared earnings — ensuring strong alignment of interests and truly achieving a win-win partnership.
4. A Long-Term, Win-Win Educational Ecosystem
The partnership goes beyond project implementation — it represents the integration of educational resources, philosophies, and talent. Together, we build a sustainable educational community based on resource sharing, brand co-creation, and long-term success.
